GrowToward Terms and Disclaimers

• You will be the primary operator of this account.
• You will not use GrowToward to plan criminal activity or evade law enforcement.
• You will not use GrowToward to sell advice in regulated categories such as law, financial markets, or real estate without the necessary license(s). You hold that GrowToward does not provide any such category of advice.
• The zero-sum allocation algorithm provided by GrowToward is approximate. Strategies produced are not optimally distributed. Strategies produced are not guaranteed to fall within the support of any optimal distribution. You affirm that you have used all credible research tools available to you, as necessary, to ensure that you understand what these disclaimers mean.
• When the zero-sum allocation algorithm provided by GrowToward is tightened to precise optimality, it will still be an imperfect explanatory tool for competitive strategy. You affirm that zero-sum allocations, including those at the scale made possible by GrowToward, are not generally worthy of special consideration or reverence beyond what a typical advanced technology might receive.
• You affirm that physical conflicts, including those that cross jurisdictional boundaries, must be tit-for-tat at their core and therefore cannot be won. You affirm that you will not use the zero-sum framework provided by GrowToward to plan or model the physical destruction of any human being, endangered species, or property you don't own. This includes, but is not limited to, people and infrastructure located in foreign jurisdictions.
• Private progress tracking via logged tasks expires five years after logging. Unless you explicitly mark otherwise, this entails irreversible deletion of old log items and their corresponding progress data from the database. In instances where you choose to maintain your old log data in the system, that data will automatically be made visible to the public via an API endpoint. Pursuant to your awareness of this mechanism, you assume responsibility for ensuring that any information published in this way will be legally yours to disclose.
• GrowToward was not designed by an accountant and isn't intended to replace your trusted accounting software. Cash and time tracking features are for broad-strokes ideation purposes only and are imperfectly protected against accidental data corruption.
