How GrowToward handles personal data

This policy summarizes what information GrowToward collects, why it is used, when it may become public, and the controls available to users.

Overview

Effective date: 2026-05-11

Canonical URL: https://growtoward.com/privacy

GrowToward collects and uses personal data only to operate the service, maintain accounts, process user activity, and support the features a user chooses to use.

Information Collected

The service stores the information needed to create accounts and provide its core functionality.

  • Account information, including details stored in the user profile and billing-related information needed to manage subscriptions.
  • Task, vector, contest, and related planning data submitted through the product.
  • Progress logs, including associated time, cash, and vector context, which are retained for up to five years unless a different retention choice is made.

How Information Is Used

GrowToward uses collected information to provide the service, maintain system integrity, and honor user retention settings.

  • To authenticate users, maintain accounts, and deliver the functionality requested by the user.
  • To process user-created planning and progress data inside the application.
  • To apply the user’s retention choice for older progress logs, including deletion or continued retention.

Public Visibility and Sharing

GrowToward does not describe broad commercial data sharing in this policy. The primary public-visibility case concerns older progress logs.

  • Progress logs older than five years may become publicly visible only if the user explicitly chooses to retain them instead of allowing deletion.
  • If the user does not choose continued retention, those older logs and corresponding progress data are deleted.

User Rights

Users may access, correct, and delete their information through the GrowToward product and API, subject to any technical or legal limits that apply to a specific request.
